Uniting against
the Tories in Ipswich
Labour activists from
Colchester joined their colleagues in Ipswich for a campaign
session in the Chantry of Ipswich.
Uniting in a desire to keep the Tories out, the
build-up to the next General Election has meant a real
feeling of team work and unity within Labour Party branches
across the East of England.
Over 20 activists joined Ipswich Labour MP Chris Mole on
the streets of Chantry on Saturday. Colchester's
contingent was led by Parliamentary Candidate Jordan Newell
and Labour Council Leader Tim Young.
Speaking in Ipswich, Jordan Newell said:
"All of us here in
Ipswich today are here to support our comrades
in Ipswich, and to support Chris Mole, who is a fantastic
local MP. I think everyone is approaching this fight
with this attitude, that we can return Labour for a
historic 4th term."
