Colchester Labour Party holds regular meetings every other month and these are open to all Members. They take place in various locations across Colchester, and often include guest speakers.

The CLP also appointed two auditors to oversee its internal processes. This year's auditors are Mike Dale and Neil Jones. The Leader and Deputy Leader of the Labour Group on Colchester Borough Council are also ex-officio members of the Executive Committee.
